Delivery

We like to keep things simple.

• FREE Click & Collect is also available from Brixham Sewing Box.

We normally dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, and your order will be sent using a tracked delivery service.

Larger or heavier orders

Our standard £4.45 delivery charge covers the vast majority of orders. Very occasionally, an exceptionally large or heavy order may require an additional delivery charge. If this applies to your order, we will always contact you before dispatch and before any additional charge is made.

A little tip: If your basket is close to £40, it may be worth adding that extra reel of thread, packet of buttons or trim you need - once your order reaches £40, UK tracked delivery is on us.

Samples

We offer an online sampling service, with up to 8 samples available from any of our fabrics. We strongly recommend ordering samples to check a fabric’s suitability before placing a full order. Samples are sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked service (48h) for £2.40 (UK only).

Returns

We strongly recommend ordering fabric samples before purchasing. Fabric cut specifically to your requested length is considered a custom order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Pre‑cut lengths and standard units can be returned under our normal policy.

We offer a 14‑day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us for approval and return instructions.

Certain items are non‑returnable, including bespoke or customised products and fabric cut to your measurements.
